Shipping policy
We currently ship within Australia only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment being received. During busy periods (new set releases, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional/rural areas: 5–10 business days
Tracked Shipping All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging Cards are packaged carefully to arrive in the condition listed. Singles are sleeved and placed in a team bag with a top loader to prevent damage in transit.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at hotsinglecards@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
